FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL
Mary launched Alpenrose in order to better serve people at a one-on-one level. She is enthusiastic for bringing life to old spaces, gaining efficiencies, and designing spaces that excite people each time they walk in.

Education: B.S. Interior Architecture and B.S. Construction Management
Experience: 7+ years of experience in managing multifamily and mixed use construction throughout the country. Worked closely with the Architects, Engineers, and Design groups on each project to problem solve, collaborate, and push the project forward. Knowledgeable on construction codes, ADA requirements, inspections, and permitting.

RENTER RENO'S
Are you a renter yet want to live in a space that reflects your style? This is a great option for you. We design within the AHJ's limits to bring to life a space that you can't believe it's yours. We analyze the layout, constraints, actively listen to your needs to then create your new oasis.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
As a project manager, we enhance the lines of communication between the client, general contractor, and design team to keep things running smoothly. We are the client's advocate and keep them informed of the project's progress, guide the decision making process, and manage the project to reduce stress on the client.
